The Faculty of Security Engineering at the University of Žilina organized the 28th international scientific conference Crisis situations solution in specific environment, which took place in Žilina on October 15-16, 2025.  The aim of the conference was to present new trends, prevention procedures, experience and good practice, current knowledge gained from scientific research and practical experience in crisis management in companies and public administration, as well as current issues related to the current security situation.

During the first day of conference plenary session, representatives of ISEMI (International Security and Emergency Management Institute) presented their participation in international projects, including the PANTHEON project.

The second day of the conference was devoted to poster presentations. Alena Dikosova from ISEMI presented the focus of the PANTHEON project on utilising Smart City Digital Twin technologies and other innovations to build a strong community disaster resilience, as well as PANTHEON´s Pilot use cases scenarios.
