PANTHEON Consortium gathers in Spain for Final General Assembly
In December 2025, the PANTHEON project partners held their 7th General Assembly in Boecillo, Spain, marking a pivotal moment as the project nears its conclusion. Hosted by MION at the Technological Park of Boecillo, the meeting brought together experts from across Europe to consolidate the project’s achievements in community disaster resilience
The two-day event, held on December 17th and 18th, 2025, focused on the final refinements of the Community-Based Smart City Digital Twin (SCDT) Platform.

Key highlights from the agenda included:
-Platform Features: A technical workshop led by M3SB and THL explored the specific capabilities and limitations of the PANTHEON platform.
-Pilot Outcomes: JOAFG and HPOL presented critical feedback from pilot executions, evaluating how the technology performed in real-world scenarios.
-Future Governance: Discussions centered on the long-term sustainability and governance models required to maintain the platform beyond the project’s lifespan.
A major highlight of the gathering was a visit to MION’s laboratory for a demonstration and presentation of the latest project developments. Additionally, MION presented the overarching exploitation strategy, outlining the plan for how the project’s results will be utilized moving forward.
As the PANTHEON project enters its final phase, this December assembly has laid the groundwork for a successful project conclusion and the deployment of tools that will make European cities safer and more resilient.
